The New Zealand government is developing a Digital Strategy for Aotearoa and we want to know what you think is important for Aotearoa New Zealand’s digital future.

The Strategy will set out the goals, priorities and activities for the next 2 to 5 years, along with longer term results (out to 2031 and beyond).

All New Zealanders are being encouraged to join the conversation and have their say through our virtual hui, via email submissions to digitalaotearoa@DIA.govt.nz or by joining the online discussion using this Dialogue site.

The online discussion belongs to a joint government agency Strategy team, which is responsible for moderating and publishing comments.

The joint agency team comprises representation from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Stats NZ.

Individual comments remain the view of the person posting them and cannot be taken to represent the views of these agencies. We will do our best to ensure posts that do not meet our requirements are not published.
